neuro reset

Reset your nervous system to alleviate chronic anxiety and improve cognitive function.

The benefits

Manage stress response

Manage daily stressors with ease by recalibrating your nervous system’s fight-or-flight response and promoting your rest-and-relax state. This helps you stay calm under pressure.

Improve cognitive function

Resetting the nervous system reverses stress-induced cognitive impairments, improving focus, memory, and brain function. This helps you think clearly and perform at your best.

Balance nervous system

Balance your nervous system to improve sleep, digestion, and immunity. A nervous system reset builds your body’s resilience, helping you to maintain optimal health and well-being.

The Neuro Reset is a specialized treatment that involves a back-to-back Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) and Vagus Nerve Hydrodissection. Together, these treatments restore complete balance to your nervous system, leaving you calm, clear-headed, and refreshed.
Step 1: The SGB involves injecting two nerve bundles with a local anesthetic to temporarily block signals to the brain’s fear center and reduce stress hormone production, giving the brain a chance to reset back to its pre-stress state.
Step 2: The Hydrodissection involves injecting fluid around the vagus nerve to relieve pressure and promote full-body relaxation.
The Complete Neuro Reset is a three-step treatment, incorporating Ketamine Therapy after your SGB and Hydrodissection. This helps to elevate mood, stimulate the brain’s neuroplasticity, and unlock profound insights from your subconscious.

Common questions

How does the Neuro Reset work?

Neuro Reset is a two (or three, if you opt for the Complete option) treatment, involving back-to-back treatments designed to restore complete function to your nervous system.

Step 1: A Stellate Ganglion Block is injected into your Stellate Ganglia nerve block. resets your sympathetic nervous system’s fight-or-flight response back to its pre-stress state.

Step 2:Β Immediately after your SGB, you’ll receive a Vagus Nerve Hydrodissection injection, which resets your parasympathetic nervous system’s Vagus nerve, enhancing your body’s reset-and-relax state.

Step 3: (Included in Complete Neuro Reset only) You’ll receive a low-dose infusion that elevates mood, stimulates the brain’s neuroplasticity, and unlocks profound insights.

The Sympathetic and Parasympathetic represent the two halves of your Autonomic Nervous System, working together to maintain balance in the body’s response to stress and recovery.

The sympathetic nervous system (SNS) activates the body’s "fight or flight" response, preparing it for stressful situations by increasing heart rate, dilating pupils, and slowing digestion.

The parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), on the other hand, promotes the "rest and digest" state, helping the body relax after stress by slowing heart rate, constricting pupils, and stimulating digestion.

Resetting the nervous system after chronic stress can improve cognitive performance by reversing stress-induced damage to the brain, particularly in areas responsible for learning and memory.
Chronic stress shrinks dendrites and disrupts synapses in the hippocampus, a critical brain region. Research shows that factors like brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) help restore brain function in the hippocampus, improving memory and cognitive function after stress.

For over a decade, SGBs have been administered to relieve symptoms of mental trauma. And research indicates that dual SGBs reduce anxiety symptoms by 50%. Now, the Neuro Reset adds additional support for the nervous system by enhancing the parasympathetic state.
Timelines vary per patient, but 70% of patients report lasting effects 3-6 months after treatment. Some patients experience the positive effects for longer.

This treatment is not covered by insurance and available via self-pay only. However, we do offer payment plans. For more information, please contact mind@hudson.health.

The Neuro Reset is $1500.
The Complete Neuro Reset (with ketamine therapy) is $2000.

You may experience some temporary side effects that should subside within 8-10 hours of your treatment.
– Temporary eyelid drooping (from the SGB)
– Hoarse voice (SGB)
– Flushed face (SGB)
– Nasal congestion (SGB)

A Neuro Reset typically takes under 20 minutes, from start-to-finish. However, a complete Neuro Reset (with ketamine therapy) may take up to 2 hours.

We recommend limiting caffeine and alcohol in the 24 hours leading up to your treatment.

Schedule your transportation home from your appointment ahead of your treatment. We recommend that you do not drive for 24 hours following your treatment. Taking the subway or a cab is okay.
