How does the Generation Lab test work?
Step 1: Purchase your test here.
Step 2: Extension Health’s concierge team works with you to schedule your in-office blood draw at our NYC clinic.
Step 3: Our clinical team draws your blood and sends your sample to GlycanAge for analysis.
Step 4: About 3 weeks later, you’ll receive a detailed report with your GlycanAge results.
Step 5: Build a personalized plan with Extension Health longevity specialists to slow down your rate of aging.
How long does it take to get my results?
You will receive your biological age results about 3 weeks after your blood draw.
How often should I test?
Recommended testing frequency depends on your health goals and risks. In general, we recommend testing at least once a year to assess the efficacy of lifestyle changes and treatments. We also advise testing before and after starting a new longevity treatment to accurately assess how the treatment impacts your biological age.
