Clinical Detox

at Extension Health

A physician-led reset for your cellular health — built on your baseline, personalized to your biology, and designed to produce a difference you can see and feel.

A diagnostics-first, physician-directed program that does what the wellness industry has never been able to do: deliver a real detox protocol with a clinical foundation, measurable outcomes, and a before-and-after you can actually point to.

The wellness industry has been calling everything "detox" for years.

None of it starts with your data. None of it is physician-directed.
And none of it can tell you whether it worked.

Fatigue you've normalized. Recovery that takes longer than it used to. A sense that you're functioning at 80% without knowing why. These aren't inevitable — they're clinical signals. Toxin accumulation, inflammatory load, and cellular damage don't announce themselves. They accumulate quietly, until the gap between how you feel and how you could feel becomes impossible to ignore.

The system waits for dysfunction to become diagnosis. We don't.

700+

chemical contaminants

including pesticides, flame retardants, and industrial compounds — detected in human blood and tissue, many linked to endocrine disruption and chronic inflammation.

97%

of Americans

have detectable levels of PFAS, or "forever chemicals," in their blood. PFAS are linked to increased cancer risk, hormonal disruption, and immune dysregulation.

90%

of health adults

found to have
microplastics circulating in their bloodstream.
These particles have been associated with oxidative stress, coagulation disruption, and cardiovascular risk.

This Is Clinical, Not Cosmetic

Clinical Detox at Extension Health treats detoxification as what it actually is:
a data-driven medical process. Not a seasonal cleanse. Not a supplement stack.
A structured, physician-led program built on your diagnostic baseline and deployed using the most advanced interventional therapies in longevity medicine.

Three things set our approach apart:

Diagnostics First

We don't recommend a single therapy until we know your baseline. Bloodwork panels, test for heavy metals, chemicals, and may recommend additional imaging where clinically indicated — your detox is built on your biology, not a template.

Longevity-Grade Interventions

EBOO, Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, and Peptide Therapy are physician-directed therapies with measurable mechanisms. Not wellness trends. Not supplements with no clinical validation.

No Handoff

Your longevity consult is with a physician. Your diagnostic recommendations come from your physician. Your protocol is built by your physician. The clinical thread runs through every step of the program.

Three things set our approach apart:

“Most people who feel ‘off’ have never had a real baseline. They don't know what's wrong because no one has looked carefully enough to find it.”

— Dr. Jonathann Kuo

What to Expect.

The Three-Step Program

Step 1

Longevity Consult

All new patients begin with a comprehensive longevity consult with an Extension Health physician — available virtually or in-person — to assess your goals, history, and clinical picture, and to determine which diagnostic workup and interventional protocol is right for you.

Step 2

Diagnostic Baseline

Based on your consult, you'll receive a personalized diagnostics plan that may include extended bloodwork panels, tests for heavy metals, chemicals, and additional imaging where clinically indicated. Nothing is recommended until this step is complete. That sequencing is not incidental — it is the program.

Step 3

Your Personalized Protocol

Your physician-directed protocol is built around your diagnostic findings — not a prepackaged program. It draws from Extension Health's most advanced interventional offerings, which may include EBOO, Therapeutic Plasma Exchange, and Peptide Therapy, targeted to your actual biology. A difference you can see, feel, and measure.

The Interventions

One Clinical Detox Philosophy.

Peptide Therapy

Targeted peptide protocols are prescribed where diagnostics indicate a need for cellular repair, metabolic support, or recovery optimization. Peptides are physician-selected and integrated into your protocol as part of a coordinated treatment plan — never as a standalone product.

Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation

A physician-administered therapy that filters the blood, infuses it with ozone and oxygen, and returns it to the body — supporting immune function, reducing inflammatory load, and promoting cellular recovery at a systemic level.

Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE)

One of the most direct interventions available for reducing systemic inflammatory and toxic burden. TPE removes and replaces plasma to clear circulating inflammatory markers, autoimmune proteins, and accumulated byproducts — supporting metabolic and immune resilience.

Physician-Led.

Diagnostic-First.

A Difference You Can Measure.

Clinical Detox at Extension Health is led by physicians trained in longevity medicine. Our approach is built on a simple premise the wellness industry has never been able to deliver: nothing is recommended until we understand your baseline, every intervention belongs in your protocol for a clinical reason, and the outcomes are measurable — in your biomarkers, your recovery, and how you live.
