This Gift Certificate entitles the named recipient to one (1) complimentary standard DEXA body composition scan, valued at $250 USD.
Eligible Services. This certificate is valid for the standard DEXA scan only. It does not apply to premium DEXA scan services priced at $400 or above.
Any service exceeding the $250 value requires the recipient to pay the difference at time of service.
Redemption. One certificate per person. Non-transferable. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. No cash value.
Scheduling. Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the certificate.
Eligibility. Recipients must be 18 or older. This certificate is not available to individuals who are pregnant, as DEXA scans involve low-dose radiation exposure.
