Morgana is a Registered Dietitian specializing in longevity, integrative nutrition, and root-cause medicine. She blends evidence-based clinical nutrition with functional and whole-person care to support metabolic resilience, vitality, and long-term health.
With a background spanning culinary medicine, clinical nutrition, and preventive health, Morgana began her career as a vegan chef and food product developer before earning her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and completing clinical training at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Her experience includes working with cardiometabolic disease, glycemic dysregulation, medical weight loss, advanced diagnostics, and physician-led programs integrating peptide therapies with lifestyle interventions.
Having spent part of her childhood in Sardinia, Italy, a Blue Zone known for exceptional longevity, Morgana brings a deep appreciation for the role of food, lifestyle, and community in lifelong health. She is currently pursuing board certification in Integrative & Functional Nutrition and has completed certification in Biological Medicine at the Sonnenberg Clinic in Switzerland under Dr. Thomas Rau.
